Edgar Monteiro, Prime Concrete & Sitework’s Iron Worker Foreman, has been in the construction industry for 20+ years. Edgar joined Iron Workers Local 7 shortly after moving to the United States from Angola, Africa in 1999. Edgar has a passion for Civil Engineering and says, “Putting things together is unbelievable!” He loves starting a project from the ground up and watching it all come together. Edgar is a key team member and leader on all of Prime’s projects. He has a keen eye for the details and a drive to get the job done right.
